Corporate Holiday Event Planning | House of Luxe Creative Studios Brings Holiday Magic to St. Jude's Staff Celebration

For the second year in a row, House of Luxe Creative Studios had the honor of planning, designing, and producing the annual holiday celebration for St. Jude’s Information Services Department. This year’s event was nothing short of magical, as we transformed the large open venue into a shimmering Winter Wonderland.

The color palette of shades of blue was chosen to capture the cool elegance of the season, and it absolutely dazzled against the crisp white backdrop of the venue. From the moment the 300 staff members walked into the space, they were immersed in an atmosphere of festive cheer and refined style.

The décor was a stunning blend of custom elements designed to bring the Winter Wonderland theme to life. Modern blue tabletop trees, custom balloon installations, and elegant touches added a sophisticated charm to the space. To make the celebration truly personal, gift boxes branded with the St. Jude logo were carefully curated and displayed as a warm reminder of the organization’s mission.

The event was brought to life with the help of multiple vendors, and our team ensured every detail was seamlessly executed. Guests were treated to a vibrant energy throughout the evening, thanks to a live DJ spinning upbeat holiday tunes. Activities like fun games and a 360° photo booth kept everyone engaged, creating moments of laughter and joy.

Of course, no holiday celebration is complete without delicious food. A catered buffet offered a variety of dishes that left everyone feeling satisfied and ready to mingle.
